Following several years of sponsorship, Mount Gay Rum will once again be the ‘official regatta rum’ at this year’s Aberdeen Asset Management Cowes Week (11th-18th August).
Mount Gay Rum was first distilled in Barbados, the birthplace of rum, in 1703 and it’s the finest and oldest rum in the world – the ‘rum that invented rum’.
Thousands of amateur sailors, alongside world champions and Olympic medallists, will take to the water during Cowes Week to race.
