Probe Into Building Site Burglary

It’s alleged plumbing pipes and electrical cable were stolen from inside houses under construction off Beatrice Avenue.
The plumbing pipes were described as ten pieces of commercially available 15mm copper piping in three metre lengths.
Police have carried out house-to-house inquiries in the area, and officers are now appealing again to the community in East Cowes for information about anyone seen acting suspiciously near the building site during the past three months.
The burglary reported is alleged to have taken place sometime between Friday, January 22nd and Monday, January 25th, 2010.
