Police Trace Missing Isle of Wight Man (Update)

Further to the media release yesterday (Thursday) below*, missing man James Pritchett has been found safe on the Isle of Wight.

This appeal is now cancelled.

*Police are appealing for help to trace 22-year-old James Pritchett.

He was last seen by family members in Wyatts Lane, Cowes in the early hours of Thursday, July 26, following an incident there.  Due to his demeanour when he was last seen there is significant concern for his welfare. 

Inspector Andy Treagus said: “We are appealing to anyone who may have seen James Pritchett or knows of his whereabouts to contact us as soon as possible.
 
“Any member of the public who believes they may have seen James or have information as to his whereabouts should contact police immediately.”
 
Anyone with information should contact the Police Control Room on 999.
