Island business winners in 2009 previously shortlisted in the Isle of Wight Chamber of Commerce  Business Awards for Excellence, were announced last night at a Fire and Ice ceremony at Cowes Yacht Haven.

For news of the awards sponsored by Isle of Wight Radio  and the  Isle of Wight County Press  one can expect  the winners to be announced in real time on their respective websites.

Update: The Chamber’s special awards were presented by Chamber President Steve Porter to Vikoma International (Business of the Year Award); Southern Vectis (Member of the Year Award); and John Giddings (Business Person of the Year Award).
