Hampshire Constabulary has charged a man following the death of a 10-year-old schoolgirl in a collision in August last year.
Robert Blakely, 31 from Broadway, Sandown has been charged with causing the death of Evey Rose Staley (pictured) by driving without due care and attention and while under the influence of alcohol.
Mr Blakely is scheduled to appear at Isle of Wight Magistrates’ Court in Newport on the morning of April 2.
