Gift to Nature would like to invite everyone on the Isle of Wight to the launch of their latest project The Troll Trail on 27th July.
Stretching from Shide along the cycle track to Merstone Station, the project is a unique mix of wildlife conservation, habitat improvement, public art, interpretation of the natural environment, new seating and of course lets not forget the Trolls!
Bring a bike and join us at 11 am at Shide for a gentle, level cycle ride along the route, admiring the wildlife and Gift to Nature improvements along the way. Or join them at Merstone at around 12.30 bring a picnic and enjoy the new facilities. In the afternoon, there will be a pond dipping session and a Troll Stroll with local Storyteller Sue Bailey.
