Isle of Wight News: Mark King & Level 42 Make It A Merry Christmas for Everyone.
Only one ‘King’ for Christmas but the music video gift that Mark King of pop outfit LEVEL 42 gave could land this music video all over the Internet and top the Christmas music charts!
English Bass Player, Mark King, who lives on the Isle of Wight, shot the home video and covered the classic Maria Carey ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’ for an american fan.
The track now on You Tube ( watch video below) and available as a FREE mp3 on the LEVEL 42 website, is mixed in with a heavy bass line from one of the band’s classic albums.
It was a total surprise for the now delighted, yet ever determined fan, and a huge buzz among the band’s US and International fanbase.
American fan Heather, stated on her Face Book page:
“I’ve always heard Mark was very generous with his fans. now we all really know it, for sure! He’s made everyone really happy, and that’s a really cool thing.” Truly the actions of an Everyday Hero and of a dedicated fan of a band she loves so much.
