Can you rise to a challenge, have a laugh and a great day out while raising sponsorship for patient care at the Island’s Hospice?  Then you better put Sunday 30th August at Newport Football Club in your diary because thats the day the Isle of Wight will see its very first ‘It’s a Knockout for the Island’s Hospice’.

Some of you may remember the 70’s It’s a Knockout from TV or the Royal Knockout of 1987 and then there’s a whole new generation who don’t!

Twenty five years ago, Graham Fishers were the first company to take ex BBC Props on the road presenting the touring version of It’s A Knockout… although they are long gone & but a distant memory the company has not stood still and have continually developed new ideas and equipment every year.

Start getting your team together because from here on in it’s going to be Fun, Fun, Fun in August on the Isle of Wight.

The day will be organised by Graham Fishers who will be providing highly individual Inflatables, Games and Challenges which are without doubt the biggest and most professional It’s A Knockout company on the road.

Teams of 10 can be single or mixed, but you must be over 16 to enter.  A fancy dress theme will add to the occasion.  Minimum sponsorship of £50 per person there will be a maximum of 20 teams.  If you are unable to make up a team fear not single entries are welcome and the hospice organisers will be able to find you a team.

There are prizes for the Winning Team, best fancy dress and for those raising the most sponsorship.

Supporters are very welcome if not obligatory to join in the fun.  Food and drink and various stalls available on the day.  So make it a family fun day out.

If you enter a team your sponsorship will help care for patients at the hospice as well as giving you and your friends or family a great day out.

For more information register with the fundraising team at the hospice on 01983 528989 or contact Sue on 01983 407723 asap to make sure of your place.
