Fast becoming one of the country’s top jazz festivals for variety and location, tickets comprise of Gold, Silver and Purple Packages that include combinations of Stroller tickets and concerts/club night, or there is a Weekend Stroller ticket for all stroller venues around town that is discounted if you purchase before 6th Jan 2008.
For 2008, the Capital of Jazz in the Deep South of the UK (Ventnor) has a stunning line up for the weekend 11th-13th April, including the Maceo Parker Band featuring Dennis Rollins.
Pete Long’s 18 piece Big Swing Orchestra fronted by Liane Carroll and Ian Shaw, Tony Kofi Trio + 1, Gilad Atzmon, JazzCotech Dancers and the annual Messin’ Around Club night this year featuring DJ Perry Louis with the latin grooves of Manteca and the afro-soul sounds of Thabani.
