Isle of Wight In Focus 2008
Dec 30th, 2008 | By Lucy Johnson | Isle of Wight News From The Island PulseThe end of 2008 is nigh and with just a little time remaining to reflect. the good news is we searched through the Island Pulse photo archives to select some of our best memories of 2008.
With regular events such as Carnivals, Round the Island Race and the annual Cowes Week, not forgetting visits from the Royal family and the countdown to the launch of the 2012 Olympic Flag, the Isle of Wight witnessed a 2008 of history in the making.
There were so many good things to choose from, its amazing at what we all did this past year. As you can see from the photos below we were very busy covering many events across the Isle of Wight, and there are more HERE:
Whilst its been an interesting old year, hopefully (cameras at the ready) there will also be a lot of great things old and new to look forward to in 2009.
