May 31st, 2008 | By Lucy Johnson | In: Isle of Wight, Isle of Wight Festival, Music, NewsBT’s invite to Britain’s best unsigned acts to battle for a spot in the Isle of Wight Festival main arena, has reached its final stage.
Hang up your boot-legs and cross your drumsticks, the judges have whittled down the talent to 10 regional finalists (listed below). The Bands, will play live tonight at London’s BT Tower in front of the judges, of which include Isle of Wight organiser John Giddings and BT’s Matthew Dearden.
3tl: South East.
Elysium: Northern Ireland.
Jellobox: Midlands.
The Restaurant: North east.
The Velcros: London.
A day At The Movies: South West.
Heroes Of She: North West.
The Low Lights: Wales.
The Tempus: Yorkshire.
We See Lights: Scotland.

The winning band will ultimately be decided using a combination of the public vote with the opinion of judges and announced: Monday 2nd June 2008 and of course will play at the Isle of Wight Festival 2008.
