IW Police ask: Do you recognise these men?
Police on the Isle of Wight are keen to identify them as they may hold vital information about the theft of two TV’s from Curry’s in Newport.
Police have released these CCTV stills of the two men who were in the store when two boxed Phillips LCD television sets were stolen.
At about 2.45pm Friday, January 4th, the men were seen near a shelf with two boxed sets on the display floor at Curry’s, River Way, Newport. It is about that time when the sets are believed to have been wheeled from the store on a flat trolley.
PC Mark Byrne, of the Newport Targeted Patrol Team said:
“We are keen to identify these two men because they could have vital information about how the television sets were taken and who did it,â€
Anyone who can identify the men or who saw boxed television sets being loaded into a vehicle in Curry’s car park on Friday afternoon, January 4, is asked to contact police at Newport.
