Island Best Practice Volunteer Awards

The organisations were: the British Red Cross, Homestart Isle of Wight, the Isle of Wight Advocacy Trust, the Green Gym, the Isle of Wight Law Centre and the Storeroom.
The successful organisations were nominated by their own volunteers. The awards recognise good practice in the co-ordination, training and support of volunteers. The awards were presented at the recent Voluntary and Community Fayre.
