It was ‘party time’ last night as the Flinstones met Royalty and the Shrek Family, in the small but perfectly formed Freshwater and Totland Illuminated Carnival.
Thankfully, the evening remained dry for the bijouterie of floats, queens and walkers. There were awards for all who participated, as Fat Samba lead the procession, which set off through Totland and Freshwater at 9pm.
