		<description><![CDATA[David Newble reports:  The Isle of Wight&#8217;s Carnival Learning Centre at Westridge in Ryde, opened its doors last weekend with a spectacular taste of the Caribbean.
The Right Honourable Charles Maynard Minister of Culture for the Bahamas flew in especially from the Caribbean Island to preside over the official opening ceremony at the prestigious centre.
