On Saturday 22nd of September 12.30 to 3pm, visitors to Saint Thomas Church Square, Newport will see Fat Samba play in protest of the proposed Isle of Wight school reorganisation.  This will be the third time Fat Samba have played in demonstration and organisers state:

“At present our high schools teach our students for three years before they take their GCSE’s.  All secondary schools on the mainland teach them for five years. Our council wants them to have less than two years before a child starts to take these very important exams.

Is this wise?”
