Registration for the new Off-Road ‘End to End & Back Again’ physical and navigational challenge for National Bike Week has been extended to the day itself.
Due to the great response to this event we have decided to make it an open event where any cyclist can turn up and set off.
The Earl Mountbatten Hospice is getting in the saddle to celebrate Team Green Britain National Bike Week. The week runs from Saturday 18th to Sunday 26th June with events for every ability and style of cyclist.
The start is from the top of Culver Down Road, Bembridge. The start will be open to all riders from 8.30am to 9.45am.

To get things rolling we’ve got the Isle of Wight Off-Road ‘End to End & Back Again’ challenge. This strictly off-road event takes participants from the tip of Culver Down, right across the south half of the Isle of Wight through to The Needles Battery, a total of 46 kilometres of off-road trails to put you and your bike through your paces.
For those feeling up for it there will also be a return leg, bringing the total challenge up to 92 kilometres. There will be a marshalled checkpoint and feed station in Gatcombe for you to recharge your batteries and take on some fuel for the next leg.
This is a hardcore, strenuous event and suitable for experienced cyclists. We ask that all participants are confident and proficient on their bike, and can handle the Off-Road Course with due regard for the safety of themselves and others.
All participants from the mainland will receive 50% discount on their ferry travel with Wightlink Ferries. This discount applies to Foot Passengers with Bicycles only.
