Dinosaur Isle Closing For Essential Works
Dec 23rd, 2009 | By Simon Butler | Isle of Wight News From The Island PulseIsle of Wight Council’s Dinosaur Isle Museum in Sandown will be closed on weekdays in the early part of January.
This is to allow for essential electrical maintenance work to be carried out. The museum will, however, be open on weekends.
The attraction will be closed on New Year’s Day but will be open on January 2 and 3. It will then be closed from 4 – 8 January and also 11 – 15 January, but will be open on both the weekends in between.
From 18th January, the museum will be open as normal.
The museum is also running a revised opening timetable over Christmas, details of which can be found on www.dinosaurisle.com under ‘Visiting’.
Isle of Wight Council apologies for any disruption caused by the January closures at the museum.
