Cowes Robbery Second Man Charged
Jul 16th, 2009 | By Vincent Woods | Isle of Wight News From The Island PulseA second man has appeared in court today charged with the robbery at Benzie yachting jewellers, Cowes, on July 3, 2009.
Gary Ridgewell-Smith, 22, from Angmering, West Sussex, joins Oliver John Mazirel, 21, of Worthing, West Sussex, in facing charges of robbery.
Both men were remanded in custody to appear at the Isle of Wight Crown Court on October 12th.
A woman, who was arrested at the same time as Mr Mazirel, was released on police bail until September pending further inquiries.
