Chale School Rose Fayre

Chale School is hosting a Rose Fayre today (Saturday 28th of June) at 2.00-5.00pm. There will be lots of fun and games, music on the lawn, make and do’s, plant stalls and a grand auction, including 3 Rose Competitions.
1. THE BEST ISLAND ROSE: A single stem rose from your garden
One prize £20 and a rose named after you.
2. A PAINTING OF A ROSE: Adult prize winning picture to be hung in the Quay Arts Centre. Children’s prize, Gardening equipment
3. A PHOTOGRAPH OF A ROSE: Adult Prize, winning picture to be hung in Dimbola Lodge Photographic Museum and Galleries. Children’s prize, Gardening equipment
*Classes to be 0-5years, 5-7years, 8-11years,12-18years + adults. Only 50p per entry.
Please Note: if you would like to enter one or all of these competitions then all you have to have your entry at the school by 1.30pm today.
Stalls and Games include: MUSIC ON THE LAWN: PLANT STALLS: HOMEMADE GOODS: ROLL A COIN: HOOK A DUCK: COCONUT SHY: ELECTRIC SNAPPER: GRAND AUCTION: SCHOOL RAFFLE: TARGET BOARD: MAKE AND DO’S. and A GRAND AUCTION.
