Salsa Dancers Go Orange for Ryde Inshore Rescue

On Saturday, the largest gathering of Salsa dancers on the Isle of Wight since last summer, raised £319 for Ryde Inshore Rescue, as part of the independent lifeboats "Go Orange" appeal to support independent lifeboat stations.

Star Count 2013 – No Telescope Required

Isle of Wight Stargazers are being asked to count the number of stars they can see (with the naked eye) within the constellation of Orion. The national Star Count will take place between Friday 8th February – Monday 18th February.
