Andrew Turner, the Island’s MP, has said that the increase in bankruptcies during the current economic crisis points to many ‘personal tragedies’ and are linked to the economic situation over the last 18 months. Figures show that, on the Isle of Wight, a total of 56 people applied to make themselves bankrupt in the 3rd Quarter of 2009…
