Greens Call For Plastic Bag Free Island

Louis Lawrence reports: on the recent general meeting of the Island Green Party in Newport, on Friday 23rd November.
Green Party members agreed to promote the idea of the Isle of Wight becoming totally plastic-bag free and called on local retailers to help the Isle Of Wight become a national ‘Leading Light.’
