I would like to include new Variety acts starting their professional careers and I’m looking for: Acrobats, jugglers, magicians, specialist soloists, voice or instrumental, stand up comics, duos, trios, exotic dancers…

Two artists were showing their work on the terrace of the Winter gardens, in Ventnor, last Sunday.
Brenda Jackson and Caroline Whittle (pictured) were happy to use the ‘Freespace’ initiative  to show and sell their work, and hopefully more artists from the locality will turn up with their work.

The Ventnor Enhancement Fund who hold the licence for entertainment in the Park at Ventnor and are inviting Island bands to come and play throughout the summer season on Sunday afternoons from May Bank Holiday through to the Autumn.
There’s no charge and bands can make their own arrangements about collecting money from the audience.
