Free Bus Pass Scheme Grossly Unfair to Islanders.

Whilst free off-peak local bus travel for pensioners and disabled travellers has been extended so they can travel anywhere in England.  Isle of Wight MP Andrew Turner took the opportunity during a debate on the Local Transport Bill, to state: he feels the free bus pass scheme is ‘grossly unfair’ on Islanders.
