Simon Butler reports:  The Isle of Wight Council is beginning consultation into its proposals for the closure of Kitbridge Middle School and the expansion of Downside Middle School.  The statutory consultation will last for six weeks and ends on 15th July.

Detectives have release this e-fit image as one of the victims is now able to describe one of the attackers.
