Bestival Tickets Auctioned For SQ2SQ.

A pair of tickets to Bestival 2008 are being auctioned on Ebay from 10am today (Friday) 20th June 2008; the auction will last for ten days.
The tickets for admission to this year’s Bestival were kindly donated to the Square to Square Charity Cycle Challenge 2008 Appeal by Sunday Best and Rob da Bank.

Firefighters Charity Bike Ride Raises £27,000

A marathon charity bike ride planned by Island firefighters between Newport and Rome has raised more than £27,000 so far for hospital equipment.
When they launched the appeal, firefighters set themselves the ambitious target of raising £25,000 for their charity ride,  but they have already reached £27,500, with the most recent donation of £2,500 from Wight [...]
