Isle of Wight Adam Pacitti, will be continuing in his quest to find the girl of his dreams at the Bestival this weekend.

Regular readers of Island Pulse, will remember, in early August, Adam created a furore on the internet by setting up a website, a blog, a Facebook group and a YouTube channel to search for this girl (pictured).

Having already featured his quest ‘Adam Desperately Seeking Eve’  we did spot someone that looked like her in Morrisons and we wish him good luck. 

This weekend, Adam intends to take a break from the pic and mix at Woolworths in Ryde, and head for the Bestival to hand out flyers to proliferate his message.

Adam apologises for the lack of updates on his blog:

I’ve been Woolworths’ing it for the past week non-stop but now I’m going to be concentrating on searching for the girl of my dreams, as I should be.

The idea that she might pop in to Ryde Woolworths to take advantage of our pic ‘n’ mix offer (50p per 100 grams, bargain) isn’t terribly optimistic.

I really have to start looking further afield if I’m going to find her. The longer it takes to find her the shorter I have to live the rest of my life with her, which is a bit depressing.

This Friday is the Bestival, a fantastic music festival here on the Isle of Wight. Most people will be going for the music, the socialising and the alcohol. Not me. I’ll be there to hand out thousands more flyers and extend my search for love.
