Shanklin Freak Show Win Bestival Band Competition.

It was decks at dusk in the annual Bestival Bands and DJs competition last night (Wednesday 18th June), with some of the best in Island talent battling for the chance to play at this year’s Bestival.

Island Nurse Steps Out For Patients.

An Isle of Wight specialist nurse is going the extra mile to help her patients.  In September Sarah Kearney will be circumnavigating the Island on the 76 mile coastal path to raise funds for the national Breathe Easy charity which is part of the British Lung Foundation.

Royal Appointment For Newport Canon.
