Ventnor Heralds Blue Flag Status.

The celebration on Monday, of Ventnor regaining Blue Flag status signifying excellent beach quality, drew quite a crowd.
Around 50 people (some from Australia) attended when the Mayor of Ventnor Susan Scoccia received the flag from IW Council Leader Cllr David Pugh.

Fast Track Lesson In Island Road Safety.

Isle of Wight Police and Freshwater and Totland Town Centre Manager are working with young motorcyclists in the area to give them a fast track lesson in road safety and the law.

Isle of Wight Festival Viewed From The Gods.

If you had your eyes to the skies at the weekend, you couldn’t fail to notice the banners flying across the Isle of Wight Festival.
The guys from aptly named Airads UK were spreading their messages of ‘We Love Festivals’
