Isle of Wight Police are investigating the theft of two fitted boat covers from a boat yard in Yarmouth. It’s reported the covers were removed and stolen from their respective yachts in a yard off Bridge Road

The national company Fountains which Isle of Wight council contracted to clean public toilets, has gone into administration. As a result of this, some public conveniences on the Island are unable to be cleaned and are therefore closed. They will be open once they have been cleaned.
